The operating system for restaurants
Your whole restaurant — in one system
Ordering website, order taking and delivery, menu and stop-lists, CRM and analytics work as one. A single platform instead of five subscriptions and manual reconciliation between them.
A demo on your own menu in 20 minutes. No upfront payment for the demo.

Works with what you already have
Sound familiar
Website from one vendor, delivery from another, analytics in Excel
Every service is a separate subscription, a separate login and data that never adds up. You pay five times and still reconcile the numbers by hand.
ORDR brings it into one system
One login, one dataset, one invoice. Customer, order, kitchen, courier and analytics in a shared loop, synced across every branch.
What's inside
Six modules that cover the whole cycle
From the guest's first click to the owner's summary report
Guest ordering
Your own sales channel that guests love
A fast ordering website under your brand — with per-city menus, live stop-lists and one-screen checkout. Customers and their data stay with you, not the aggregator.
- Four modes in one interface: delivery, pickup, dine-in, express — with automatic zone detection on the map
- One checkout screen: items, upsells and payment with no extra steps, sign-in by code right in the flow
- Online payment via Kaspi, ePay, Tiptoppay and cash — money lands in your account directly
- Post-order reviews with a funnel: happy guests to maps and stores, unhappy ones to a private chat

Order taking & delivery
An order board that never drops a ticket
Operators see every order in real time with sound, dispatchers guide couriers on the map. All in sync with the iiko kitchen — no lost or forgotten orders.
- Live board by phases with a sound alert — a new order is visible instantly
- Nine filters: branch, operator, courier, customer, period, type, payment, source
- Dispatch with a Yandex map: queue, courier assignment, in-house and external services
- Order taking aware of delivery zones, stop-lists and item availability

Network & logistics
Grow wide without settings chaos
City → organization → branch with settings inherited by level. A new location gets payment, schedule and statuses automatically — you only edit the exceptions.
- Block-level inheritance: payment, legal details, Telegram, statuses, schedule — from the level above
- Cartography: Yandex geocoder and delivery-zone import from GeoJSON/KML per city
- Delivery rules: cost and thresholds by zone, auto-selected by the guest's address
- Working hours by day: 24/7, split shifts, days off

CRM & marketing
Bring guests back instead of buying new ones
Your customer base segments itself, and campaigns go to the right segment at the right moment — via push, SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram from one window.
- Segments: dynamic by rules and manual, tags, preferred order mode
- RFM analysis: 11 segments by recency, frequency and value — see who's leaving
- Campaigns by segment and order status: push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram
- Promo codes and birthday greetings — on autopilot

Analytics
Decisions by numbers, not by gut feel
End-to-end analytics across the network: revenue, average check, products and customers — on real data, with period comparison and a per-branch breakdown.
- A dashboard with five views: orders, reports, customers, products, staff
- KPIs with period comparison: growth and decline versus last week and month
- ABC/XYZ analysis of the assortment: what drives revenue and what's dead weight
- Report builder, pivot tables and exports

Why ORDR
Four reasons to move to one platform
One system
Website, order taking, delivery, CRM and analytics — one login and one dataset. No manual reconciliation between services.
Flexible economics
A low barrier to entry and a clear model. The service fee can be passed to the guest — the platform pays for itself from turnover.
Local depth
Deep iiko integration, Kaspi/ePay/Tiptoppay payments, Kazakh language. Built for the market, not adapted from the West.
Your data is yours
An isolated database per client and brand-level customization. Guests and their history belong to you, not the aggregator.
Who it's for
One product for different formats
Chains & franchises
Settings inheritance, roles, unified stop-lists and summary analytics across all locations. Scale without the chaos growing with you.
Single venues
Your own ordering website, order taking and online payment with no aggregator commission. Start fast and grow on the same platform.
Dark kitchens
Several brands from one kitchen, delivery only, dispatch and courier queue. All operations in one window.

FAQ
The essentials, briefly
Do I need iiko to run ORDR?
ORDR integrates deeply with iiko — syncing the menu, stop-lists, nomenclature and 13 order statuses. If you run iiko, everything sets up fast. We can deploy without it too — let's discuss on the demo.
How is this better than aggregators?
An aggregator takes up to 30% per order and owns your customers. ORDR is your own channel: orders come directly, and the guest base and its history stay with you.
Is it hard to migrate from my current solution?
Onboarding is led by our manager: we set up the menu, branches, integrations and train the team. Settings inheritance across the network speeds up connecting new locations.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every client runs on an isolated database — guest data, orders and analytics don't mix with others and don't go to third parties.
Is the Kazakh language supported?
Yes. The interface and the customer website work in Russian, Kazakh and English out of the box.
How much does it cost?
Two models: turnover-based (deposit plus a service fee on sales, with a monthly minimum) and per-branch for large chains (deposit plus a flat fee per branch). We calculate the exact price for your scale on the demo.
